Do Not Go gentle into that Good Night

The meaning is to don't go easy on the death, to don't give up on death. It creates a mood of angry . The poet use repetition to show the reader that he is angry and that he is forcing his father to not give up on death. The other poetic device use is simile. The meaning of this device is that the eyes are angry.
